Rates (For 6 Guests max.) (2 night min. stay)

  • $895.00 per week
  • $385.00 per weekend (2 nights)
  • $155.00 per night/weekdays (3 nights min.)
  • $200.00 refundable security deposit
  • We can only accept weekly reservations from mid-June thru mid-August also the last three weeks of October and all majior Holidays.

Deposit

  • To hold a reservation a deposit of 50% of the total booking will be required. The deposit must be received within 7-10 of making your reservation. Sorry, no credit cards accepted. All funds must be check or money order.
Cancellation

  • Full refunds will require a 30 day advance notice of cancellation. If less than 30 days notice is received your reservation deposit would be forfeited. The exception to this would be if we can book your cancelled reservation on short notice. We then will gladly refund your reservation deposit.
Pets

  • We are sorry to say that we cannot allow pets. Our goal is to keep the house as clean as possible for all of our guests. Guests will be subject to eviction without refund for violation of this policy.
Cabin Capacity

  • We will only except a maximum of 6 people with the exception of infants 6 months and under. This cabin is not designed for young children under the age of 8 years old.
Repairs, Bad Weather and Refunds

  • We do not make any refunds for bad weather, change of plans or early departure. Since the house is new, repairs are somewhat unlikely. Any repairs that might possibly have to be made will be done so as quickly as possible. We would encourage you to report any problems right away. It is not our policy to make refunds for minor inconveniences should they occur. However, if a major problem should arise we will assist you in finding other accommodations and give you a refund for the days not used.
Cleaning

  • You are not responsible for cleaning fees. We do ask that you start a load of linens and make sure the dishes are clean. You can leave the last load in the dishwasher. We ask our guests to leave the cabin in the same general condition as it was found. If you find anything not in order, unclean, broken, missing, ect. please notify Lloyd & Holly Hepler. You will find the phone numbers by the phone.
Smoking Policy

  • We ask that you please not smoke in the cabin. There are ashtrays outside on the decks.
